The purpose of this Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy is to fulfill the obligation to provide information in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law” or “KVKK”) of the Republic of Türkiye, with respect to the processing of personal data obtained through the use of the website located at www.temiz-olsun.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as IOS / Android-based applications operated by Temiz Olsun Yazılım Bilişim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “temiz-olsun.com”).

This Policy aims to transparently inform users about the methods of collecting personal data provided by users during the use of the Site and the Application, the purposes of processing such data, the legal grounds for processing, and the rights of users.

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:

Application – IOS / Android-based mobile applications “Domovenok in Antalya. Cleaning” and “Domovenok Orders in Antalya,” developed by Temiz Olsun Yazılım Bilişim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi;

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;

Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed on personal data, whether fully or partially automated or by non-automated means, provided that the data form part of a data recording system, including but not limited to the collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of the use of personal data;

Data Subject – the natural person whose personal data are processed;

Data Controller – the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system;

Obligation to Provide Information (Duty to Inform) – the obligation of the data controller or the person authorized by the data controller to inform data subjects, at the time personal data are collected, about the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing personal data, the persons to whom and the purposes for which the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law;

Service information (service name, service time, order number, order date, service location, order details);

Transaction security information (user ID, IP address, password, email verification information, phone verification information, account creation date, login date, phone number hiding information, and other related data);

Visual and audio recordings (if applicable, service-related photographs);

Location information (geolocation data).

2.2. This information is processed for the following purposes:

Conducting e-commerce activities, managing product/service sales processes, managing contract conclusion and performance processes, performing user-related activities, ensuring information security, and conducting data storage and archiving.

2.3. This information is collected for the purposes of conducting e-commerce activities and performing data storage and archiving in accordance with Article 5/2-ç of the KVKK, as it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations of the data controller, and based on the obligation to retain electronic records under Article 11/2 of the Regulation on Electronic Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in E-Commerce. Additionally, your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 5/2-c of the KVKK when necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract directly related to you, and based on the User Agreement concluded with you.

2.4. Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities without notification or obtaining your explicit consent if required under Article 28/1 of the KVKK.

Furthermore, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (e.g., ministries or other administrative authorities) if explicitly required by law, within the purposes and limits defined by law.

2.5.
